By installing and using the Bell Schedule & Class Alarms Chrome Extension, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the extension.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this extension for personal, classroom, or professional purposes.

Appropriate Use

The extension is intended for educational and classroom use.

You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the extension without permission.

You agree not to use the extension for unlawful purposes.

Data Collection

The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Your bell schedule, period times, and preferences are saved only in your own browser using Chrome's local storage and are never sent to any server. Spoken announcements use Chrome's built in text to speech, which may send the announcement text to Google's speech service only if you choose an online voice.

This extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the extension, including missed bells, data loss, or interruptions during class periods.

Updates and Changes

We may update the extension or these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the extension if you violate these Terms.
